What's the Story?
Legos. Have to admit, legos is most likely where my love of creating came from. What started out as simple planes, trains and automobiles, quickly turned into complex castles, skyscrapers and soon cities. This passion pushed me into the world of Architecture, and then ultimately into Civil Engineering.
And then I met the most amazing woman ever, my now wife, Juli, and we made the move to the Milwaukee area. Little did we know, our first home, a major fixer -upper became our first flip, & our passion for real estate took off. This site and hopefully the service we are able to provide you, is our attempt at sharing our passion and lessons learned with you.

FEATURED PROJECTS
A house we originally designed for ourselves, Grand Ridge has a little bit of everything. Our goal was to create a home with all of the bells and whistles, while focusing on cutting out any wasted space to create an efficient, high impact house. Grand Ridge was truly a labor of love for the better part of a year and a half. Although, we ultimately decided not to build, this house is definitely one of my favorites.
A modification of one of the first homes we designed, Grand Port is a great plan for those looking for ranch living. Take in a wall of natural light and enjoy the serene master suite during the everyday, and still enjoy all the features for great entertaining. The optional walk-out & finished basement makes this house extremely versatile for all guests, kids, grandkids or in-laws alike.
An existing building evaluation and review for its potential use as a school. This included research into old building plans, code research and standards to provide a high level opinion of use to the school's steering committee

We are NOT a licensed architect, engineer or consultant and can NOT operate in that capacity. We are more than willing to assist you in coordinating or finding these agents in your area, but will NOT be liable for what is done with any design concept plans produced for any client.
